Partnership Visa Czech Republic

Hello.
I am from Brazil and my girlfriend is from Slovakia, but works in CR for 8 years now. She is pregnant and I need the partnership visa to come and be with her.
How long does the process take? What are the fees? Anyone has been in this situation and could help us out?
