right to work

Post by bravo1 » Tue Sep 13, 2016 3:26 pm

Hi
I applied for ILR in 28 days grace period and right to work is cancelled.
my appeal was dismissed and in the mean time my legal long 10 years period was completed.(10 year completed before appeal dismissed )
my wife with me from last 6 year and have got all visa along with me as dependent.
my daughter born here she is 2 year now.
we waited for my wife passport so she can appear in English language test, Home office sent her passport coloured photo copy that was not acceptable by trinity colleges as she was eligible for ILR with me according to old rules but she applied for FLR(fp) (lost 6 year status because of not releasing passport by HO)
so home office cancelled my right to work as I emailed to home office and explain all but in reply I got a email similar to acknowledgement letter that my visa application can take 6 month and if more than 6 months they will inform me.
Its going to 2 month in few days my job contract was terminated and I don't have any other source of income,
how to sort this right to work problem

comments or email me please
