Hi,
Question on behalf of my friend:

He applied for his wife visa extension as dependent in June, her visa application is still under consideration. Her wife has completed 10 year in UK on 12 September 2016, so now she is eligible for ILR on 10 year rule. So the question is can he switch his wife existing application to ILR application ,by paying whatever HO fee is for ILR and any other requirement.
Please help
