Tier-2 General to Tier-2 ICT Dependent Visa

Hi,
I am currently on Tier-2 General Visa, and need to switch to ICT Tier-2 Dependent Visa as the company sponsoring me went into administration, following Brexit. My wife is having ICT Tier-2 Staff migrant visa valid until Jan 2018.
a. Can you please suggest the processing time to switch to ICT Tier-2 dependent Visa from Within UK.
b. Will there be an issue or additional documents required, if I go to India and apply for Dependent Visa. I understand the processing time from Hyderabad, India is 15 business days.

Depends if you apply in person or by post if you are in the UK.

Yes, both of us are still in UK.

a. Please advise what is the processing time if we apply in person. Any suggestions to get it processed quicker would be really helpful.

b. If the processing time in UK is taking more than 15 days, then he is thinking to travel to India and get the Dependent Visa processed due to personal reasons. We would want to know if there would be any additional documents required if the visa application is processed from India.

a. A same day appointment is a same day decision if all paperwork is in order. BRP card is delivered by courier within 10 days of appointment.

b. It takes longer from home country than applying in person in the UK.
