But it’s so strange what is the problem with judge he shouldn’t tells you where you live back home or here he should simply give you visa
It’s depends on judges as well some of them are dearly beloved and ask too many stupid questions
Anyways hope for positive

judge did not ask me a single question. it was home office who asked me these rubbish questions for 30min. My bundle was over 100 pages and home office came with only a refusal paper which shocked the judge as well. but now i just pray that judge decides on fair grounds rather then home office imaginations

Yesterday home office sent me a letter saying they will implement judge's decision , which means its a good news and i will in shaa Allah get my visa soon. Now its just a waiting game. Thanks to Allah that hard time is over. i pray that your cousin gets a good news soon too

I am at the situation where we have submitted docs and are just waiting for the HO to give decision.

What kind of points can I use that will be strong to prove for insurmountable obstacles?

I have tried searching everywhere and google always points me to your comments so I decided to finally ask you directly.

My insurmountable obstacles were proven infront of judge because when u apply for extension home office might not consider the points u think as insurmountable. But judges take every bit into consideration when making decision.

Our obstacles were

Wife whole family in uk.
wife last travelled pakistan many years ago
wife and i are in professional jobs and paying lots of tax which is benefiting economy.
Very plus sign for me is my wife was 9 months pregnant at the day of hearing.
Social bubble of me and my wife only consists in uk.
so statements from friends confirming this.
i hope this helps.

My case was also strong because i already won my appeal in 2012. Which added to my benefit

my flp-fp application has been refused yesterday with no right of appeal i have no idea what i am supposed to do now. i came in uk in 2018 with student visa and before the end of visa i put flr fp application on the grounds of family backgrounds as my all family lives here and they got british citizen as well. so can someone else guide me what shall i do now
