ILR Refused 1st application

Post by sri123K » Mon Sep 19, 2016 10:48 am

Hi All,

I wonder if you could advised me? My initial application for ILR has been refused at Croydon office and my AR too. However i have got Visa until this month end. I am planning to put a fresh application before my visa expires.

However my question to you folks is Can i run both PAP and fresh application in parallel?

Please advise me accordingly.

Regards
KS

Why was your ILR refused?

Through what route did you apply for ILR?

It was refused under SET(0) category. It was refused due to the tax amendments.

What category of visa do you now intend to submit a new application for?

Have the reasons for the previous refusal been fully resolved?

The effect of a fresh application
For decisions made on or after 9 July 2013, if an applicant makes a reconsideration request
and then submits a fresh application for limited or indefinite leave to remain, this will have
the effect of withdrawing the reconsideration request.

If the migrant makes a reconsideration request about a decision made on or after 9 July
2013 after making a new application, you must reject the request.

My interpretation is that the PAP will be rejected.
