Tier 2 ILR Guidance

Post by muk4876 » Mon Sep 19, 2016 6:59 pm

Hi,

need some guidance on Tier 2 ILR application.

i will be applying in Feb 2017, my wife joined my in 2014 as a tier 2 dependent. as far as my understanding she will continue(extend) as a tier 2 dependent once i get my ILR. could you please confirm whether this is a correct assumption. also my son born in UK in 2015, would i be able to apply for his naturalization after my ILR?

Regards,

Minors are registered not naturalised.
A minor may register as a citizen once one parent has ILR.
