ILR Exceeding statutory speed limit

Hi,

I am applying for my ILR on 01st October 2016.

I received 3 points and £100 for speeding. Police caught me while driving and issued the penalty and fine. I agreed my offence and paid penalty after receiving a letter from them.

Offence date: 24 Aug 2014, Expiry date: 24 Aug 2017, Removal date: 24 Aug 2018
Offence details : SP30: Exceeding statutory speed limit on a public road
Court/Fixed penalty office : 9343 - Dingwall JP Court

Also, I received couple of parking tickets recently.

In the latest application Section 7 there are 3 areas
Criminal Conviction (7.1) : This clearly says Not to mention Fixed Penalty notices (such as speeding or parking tickets).
Criminal Offence (7.3) :
Civil Penalty under UK Immigration Acts (7.5) :

My Query is :
Do i need to specify my speeding and parking tickets details ?
If yes then in which section i need to specify these details Criminal Offence (7.3) section or Civil Penalty under UK Immigration Acts (7.5) section ?

Does this affect success of my ILR application ?
How best i can proceeded now ? Please suggest ?
