Hello, little nervous to be posting this, but here it goes
I know someone who is not currently in the UK, but plans on "visiting" again, as she does every year for the last 3 years, staying up to 6 months, or more
This person had their father pay for an English course the first time, but her intention was to find a UK citizen to marry for residency status.
She did not find a husband, and did not pass the IELTS, so had to leave. She subsequently applied for and received a visa the next year, and stayed 3 or 4 months. She receives some funds from the mother, but works part time as a sex worker, and receives money and gifts from men to help her stay as long as possible in the UK
She then left the UK,, and again the very next year, and same exact month came back to the UK, and must have stayed the entire 6 months she had. She again worked as a sex worker. She also assaulted someone,. The person she assaulted called the London Met Police, but hung up before giving full address. The police called back, and had traced the location of the call to the general complex, but not the fulll address. The one making the call was a bit nervous.
This call of course would be in the london met logs
The person who was assaulted does not want this girl to be allowed back in the UK for a while, so yesterday filed online with UK home office .. They have an online page to report Immigration crime
The person writing the complaint listed many details, passport numbers of 2 passports, as the girl had used 2 different passports the last 2 years, and some other info, as well as photos of the woman dressed for work
He also reported the assault, and have his number ,so they could verify that a call was made regarding an assault months ago
The person that wrote this has 2 concerns
1- will the home office even read this, and take it seriously? Just a waste of time? Would a call have a greater chance of being acted on?
2- will they reveal identity of the person that submitted the report?
the person that submitted the report left contact details in case the Home Office needed to contact him.
