i have just acquired my British citizenship (passport)

i would like to apply for spouse visa for my wife, from mumbai, india

my query is, do i need to show any maintenance fund for this visa process?

or i just need to show my annual salary (by providing the last six month statement/payslips)

No maintenance fund, but you need to show you are earning a minimum of £18,600 p.a.
