Tire 2 to ILR, dependent visa issues

Post by mdtaifurrahman » Wed Sep 21, 2016 4:24 pm

Hey all,
can you kindly help me with the following scenario:
I landed here with my wife and 2 daughters on Tire 2 visa: 05-10-2011
Our present visas expire: 14-11-2016
My present job contract ends: 30-11-2016

I got a new job offer for 2.5 years with a different employer, which I should start in October

Now, I plan to apply for a new Tire 2 visa only for my self to join the new job in October 2016, and We apply for ILR within a week time of my joining a new job (say in 10 th Oct, 2016)- should my family members be needing new Tire 2 dependent visas for that ILR application? Or their existing tire 2 dependent visa would work without any extension? Any clear cut guideline from the home office?

All the bests,

Please continue to post in your other thread. You don't need to open a new thread with each question.
