Student+PSW+DL(article8)=ILR?

I have been issued the following visas so far:
2006-2009 Student
2009-2011 PSW
2011-current (exp 2017) Discretionary leave based on Article8

Can I switch to ILR on long residence route?

Can you be more specific with your dates?

Did you apply for DLR straight from PSW or was there another application with a refusal and/or appeal?

Any legal stay counts towards 10 years LR, provided you meet ALL the requirements.
