Tier 2 RCOS September 2016 still pending?

Hi there

My company that has already had a license (A-rating) submitted application for RCOS in the end of August. Since then I haven't heard anything apart from the SMS still says 'Pending'. My office manager rang up and asked, they answered : it takes longer in peak times. Has anyone had the same problem with me?
