The premium service is the most pathetic service and their published service standard are no more than a funny joke and i would recommend people to pay £100 extra for PEO same day appointment to save time and hassle. since then no response i tried to contact through email couple of times without getting any response back. I am afraid if they lost the case file as no response from them is like adding insult to injury.

Any progress? Seems they will not fulfill their 5 days commitment as it is 5th day after money deducted
