PBS dependent extension (Invalid application )

Hello,

Please I'm asking for my sister. She just applied for PBS dependent extension and HO replied saying the application was invalid.

NB- the tier 2 main holder has naturalised and now British
She applied on that route due for ILR next year.

HO's reason for invalid application was her husband job is no longer on skill shortage so she has to pay just over £200.

However there was no link during the application and in her application page now. Please what can we do to sort the matter. Thanks
