Hi All,

Just a quick question – Can my wife, who is an EU citizen, get OCI if I have it? She has no affiliation to India other than being married to me. I originally had an Indian passport but will be surrendering it & getting OCI in the near future. I recently became a British citizen & we live in UK.

Yes, provided the marriage has subsisted over at least two years.
