Some observations:
1.Wife had lost LIUK certificate ( We didn't had any Copy also) so added The Test Date/time/venue details on Last page as suggested by Helpline , NCS did not make of fuss of it and made a note on application ILR granted after 23rd Aug 2013
2.I am a Contractor , so ticked both Employee AND Director in the application form. I explained that I am Employed as a Director and NOT Self-employed. I had my P60 and Self assessment with me but the NCS just noted a reference number ( I guess PAYE) from my P60 and did not take any of those documents
3.Original LIUK certificate (only for me as wife's certificate was lost) taken and photocopy given back
4.Copied and submitted Marriage Certificate even by Wife is NOT on “Spouse of British Citizen” Route
5.Had written my Mobile details in Passport application Form. NCS stroke it Off and made a note on the last page “additional details”
NOW praying and keeping my figures crossed
