To show business is created and running and subject to UK Taxation
• Corporation Tax documents:
a) CT41G
b) CT610
c) CT 600
• Company House/HMRC documents:
a) Current Appointment Report
b) Filling History Page
c) Employer Registration Letter/Certificate
• UK registered Business Bank Account
a) Copy of Bank Statement. (Bank of Scotland)
• Recent Invoice to Client and payment
To prove Investment of at least £50,000.00
• Management Account till date showing my name in the balance sheet and duly signed by me.
• Annual Account 2 showing my name in the balance sheet and duly signed by me.
• Annual Account 1 showing my name in the balance sheet and duly signed by me.
• Account Compilation Reports (in each set of Annual Accounts and Management Account).
• Directors’ Loan Agreement.
• Accountants Letter showing I had invested at least £50,000.00 into the business.
• Personal bank statement showing direct transfer
• Business bank statement for corresponding entry
To prove Employees are of Settled Status
Employee 1 (Part Time)
• Copy of Passport bio-data page.
Employee 2 (Part Time)
• Copy of Passport bio-data page; Copy of Bio. Residence Permit for ILR.
To Show Employment
• Copies of employees payslips from beginning of employment to date/end of employment, showing hours worked per month and pay per month.
• Copies of P11 of employees, showing START DATE (and END DATE where applicable).
• Copies of P45 for employees that have left employment.
• Accountant’s letter confirming Jobs were created.
• Accountant’s letter confirming direct investment of funds.
• Full Payment Submissions (FPS)/RTI till date.
• Employee Payroll Record Summary.
• Employees change of rate of pay working sheet.
• Employees P60
To Prove Maintenance
• Personal Bank Statement with required money for a continuous period of at least 90 days
