Same here,

Solicitor is saying no point of chasing as they have asked for 3 months so he will chase after three months. After 12th of Jan.

No doubt man it is very frustrating. Even more for you as reasons for your refusal are insanely stupid.

stay put mate, I am sure reconsideration will result in something good.

Hi

just an update. My reconsideration has been refused by a senior case worker.

he just copier and pasted same refusals from original decisoln. Surprising he listed my 8 years legal immigration history and the next line he wrote we. We believe he is in country for only 6 months. He gave me appeal right. So i will be appealing again to first tier tribunal like i did 3 years ago and was granted visa by the judge.

can some one plz tell me how can i sue home office. As i lost the job because of their silly reasons. I had a professional highly paid job wbich i left because they did not give me right to work

I have been following your posts for a while. it's really, really horrible to hear what you're going through.

I read a post today that may be of some help. A fellow contributor posted this http://www.immigrationboards.com/genera ... 21783.html

If others agree, perhaps you can go through this too. Loss of right to work, rights to travel etc. after visa application is terrifying. Thoughts are with you bro

You don't need to duplicate your question. Please continue in your other lengthy thread where you are already being given extensive advice.

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.

I don't know what to say about this individual. He has hijacked postman2016''s thread. But their cases are different. Postman is a victim of misfortune. He did everything right but may be a victim of the abuse of Marriage of convenice provision that UKVI does now and again.

This man's case is to an extent due to Home Office incompetence and inability to express their views in a letter in a way that a person can understand and appreciate and poor solicitors who don't read and update themselves on law and policies, just focus on their brief and prolonging poor applicants case as long as possible.

However I agree that he is hijacking postman2016 thread with this suing business and he must desist.

Hi,

I have an update mate. HO wrote us asking for loads of documents including salary slips, bank statement, bills, letters from employers, 3 evidences of living together for each year and many more. but its a good news. they have given us time till 12th of Jan(Enough)

they are saying once documents provided they will decide on our case quickly.

Any update from your side?

That is very weird. I believe your case is more straight forward.

Will you be going for JR now? Sorry to hear that HO is gone crazy.

oh sorry, i just read it again. So they have given you in country right of appeal.

this is not bad at all. Now at least certification has been removed from your case. you will easily win your case in appeal.

Thank you everyone for guiding and helping through this. Most of all thanks to Admins and creators of this platform. We can share and discuss matters here and learn from each other's experiences with some expert advices from senior members.

Thanks all, hope I am not in same situation at time of extension.

I will certainly be around if my very limited experience can be useful for anyone.

@dilseSrk; hope you hear positive news very soon. Best wishes for you. Keep it updated here.

Congratulations. Well good luck to you for the future. I have always thought you were just a victim of fortune, but the conduct of those that represented you was unimpeachable. Thank God you managed to vindicate the lawfulness of your relationship.

Best wishes for the future.
