Is that a Gap in Long residence

first arrival oct 2006 student
first visa extension apply in 2008 for psw which was refused in early 2009
permission to upper tribunal refused in feb 2010 (Determination of the application for permission to appeal t the court of appeal)) letter envelope dated stamp 30 april 2010... this decision was received to me on first week of may 2010.. then i reply to court of appeal to permission to court of appeal on 7 may 2010 in writing myself but there was no reply received from them until.

20 june applied for certificate of approval for marriage COA.
COA granted on 21 oct 2010.
marriage visa applied on januarry 2011 which was unfortunalty refused then letter sent in july 2011 to HO Judicial department for further documentation .
sep 2011 letter received from HO for interview which was successful and granted three Discretionary leave to remain visa on the basis of marriage and private and family life.i have no children but my ex wife has one daughter from her previous partner which was at that time 11 years old.
November 2012 Marriage started clashes and seprated from ex wife.
november 2012 she sent letter to HO about our relation breakup which i have found in the 10 year subject to access information bundle..
oct 2014 applied for further leave by using FLR 0 which was refused on january 2015 . Refusal grounds Marriage is not there anymore so no right to stay but luckily got appeal chance.
for some personal reason didn't attended the court and applied for paper hearing which was refused sep 2015, then permission to appeal to upper tribunel in feb 2016.
i am still waiting for descian from court for my current appeal.
my 10 years are completing in oct 2016. the problem is i wasn't knew if there is a gap in my 10 years leave. when i go through my subject to access bundle i have found out with dates and took some professional advise they said there is a gap started in feb 2010 to application date of marriage..i was not aware of it and was thinking i am in contact with HO and Court and legally staying here.
My Background:
started my own business in 2012 and now got Two Ltd companies which are Vat registered and running a good turn over, got my Own property in UK and Fully settled here . not married and have no children at the moment.
Question as i was not aware of this Gap and nothing mentioned in Home office bundle about this gap and never been issued a removal notice...
am i eligible of 10 year route if yes can i apply premium appointment if not what are the chances of refusal and will i get a appeal chance..
i am very much worried about my case and praying for my current appeal decision to be late till sep.

what happened to your application for permission to appeal in court of appeal?

just a thought.. it is 10 years continuous leave (visas) and not 10 years being in the uk.

worried applying for ilr on the bases of long residence don't know if there is a gap or not requested subject to access and find no gap but few people advised me there is a bit of gap but it may not effect on application as i was always in linked with ukba and is151a never been issued to me

i send permission to appeal to the court of appeal that dismiss
was in relationship with my ex wife and wanted to apply of coa
before cos i sent application for application to appeal to the court of appeal but it was consider as invalid application which i found in the subject access bundle received a month ago. but home office never send me any letter for the application and no warning nothing. after my last application i sent application for coa which was approved then applied for marriage visa which of refused but allowed after reconsideration in interview. got dlr valid till oct 2014 unfortunalty divorced in 2014 and applied for flr0 in 2014 which was refused as no relation with ex wife , now its in under appeal and i have completed my 10 years
wondering if there is a gap
other than that i am economically strong here running two limited companies and got my own property , paying big taxes and vat etc. can anyone advised if they have been into the same situation and what was the outcome
