need advise on payslip

hi guys i m preparing my extension documents i have few question regarding salary slips if anybody answer and help me out i would be really thankful

1 i had employee in 2014 he worked for me 1 year, i just checked in first 5 months i paid him 20 pence extra means bank transfer was 20 pence more than the salary slip showing. suppose i paid 1334.56 but salary slip showing 1334.36. Need advise on this issue

2 in current year 2016 and 17 employee working for me.His salary was supposed one month 850.50 and next month 850.70 n third month 850.50 and 4th month 850.70 and mention like this on salary slips but i pay visa versa like 1st month i transfer 850.70 but slip showing 850.50 and 2nd month i paid 850.50 but slip showing 850.70........at the end one month 20 pence less next month 20 pence extra but end balance is same

Few pennies should not make a difference. As far as Home office is concerned, they only require your RTI submissions and the payslips to grant points for Job creation. They do not need your bank statement for this purpose.

You bank statement is only required to check if you are actively trading in UK.
