Idenfinite Leave to Remain

Post by Rossan » Fri Oct 07, 2016 12:34 pm

I am 18 years old, I was granted visa recently on the 8/06/16. My visa was delayed and was given under human rights and family life as I was dependent on my mother. I arrived in UK 24/06/2006 and have stayed in the Uk legally and meet the long term residency. I want to enquire whether I meet the criteria of ILR because I currently have the visa where I am dependent on my mother?? Will that affect my application??

What is your full immigration history, visas held and start and end dates?

What are your absences during the last 10 years?

When did the visa expire in 2012 (date)?

When was the application for family life submitted (date)?

On what date in 2012 was the 'family life' application SUBMITTED?

Please, we can only offer advice if you provide exact details. We cannot guess your circumstances.

We submitted the application on the 17/02/2012.
We then recieved our visa on the 8/06/2016.
We still have the visa up to 12/08/2018.
Can we apply for ILR as we have met the 10 years residency.
