Granted Indefinite Advice

Post by Zaggie » Sat Oct 08, 2016 1:54 pm

Hello

I would be very grateful for advice in regards to my issues i'm experiencing.

I'm of Pakistani origin. I married my Engish wife in 2011 and we have been living together in the UK for two of the five years in her house. I'm also on a spouse visa.

To cut a long story short. I'm experiencing marital problems. My wife controls every aspect of my life, money, bank details etc. I also encounter rudeness from my wife daughter on a day to day basics. I feel there is no mutual respect from my wife.

It's come to the stage, that i no longer want to go home. I also try and support my children back in Pakistan but my wife does not like me sending money from my wadges each week to my children.

My whole point of me posting. My why wife keeps putting off setting a date for my for my permanent residency status in the UK. I have done and complied with all the requirements to meet residential requirements.

Is there anything i can do due to my wife being uncooperative?

Thanks

When does your current visa expire?

In which case you have 12 months to go before you need to be concerned. Why would your wife be setting a date for your ILR now?
