South African Passport , also have OCI,

Hello everyone,

I m in the process for applying ILR on 10 year long basis. I was looking at the form and noted that on section C of the SET LR form it asks if i am a dual national. My question is , Does an OCI class a a nationality of India? and if so do i have to fill it in the form. I didnt have an Indian passport, but gained OCI based on my parents.
