I've been here for 2 years and will be extending my spouse visa as it expires this Dec 25th. I havent been working sicne I left my job more than a year ago after my maternity leave. I've nw decided to go back to work this month earning £22K a year (met my requirement) but will only be working 2-3months before I apply to extend my visa.
My husband left his job (was paid £60k a year) to set up his own business circa July this year. This means we havent had a fixed income in our accounts since he left his previous job. Do we meet the financial requirement based on my partners pay slips from October 2015 - July 2016 and then mine from October 2016 to December 2016?
Really worried about this and hope someone can ease this stress for us! Many thanks in advance wise ones
