Hello everyone , help much appreciated; come to london 2006, arrested may 2009 but already have british spouse and 9 months old baby on that time, 4 week at jail for use of spanish passport and then bail and reporting condition, married march 2011 and made app refused, left Uk on august 2011, comeback may 2013 with 27 months visa i made in time appl for Ilr june 2015 refused nov 2015 appeal made and hearing date february 2017...Ilr refused automatic coz not 7 years passed since my conviction that was 2015... Chances of succes at hearing of before hearing pls anyone has hear of cases similar ... Many thanks for your time and help....
