discretionary leave holder widow

Post by farhan91 » Fri Sep 16, 2016 1:19 pm

hello I had discretionary leave because I married to British citizen and we had 1 dependent 16 year old child from my wife ex partner when I applied for extension my step son was over 18 and my visa was refused because I had no depend child on that time so home office says me and my wife go back to Pakistan but they give us inside country appeal rights so we had hearing on 8 august 2016 and we done good in there (because my wife health and she is white we had good case)
but unfortunately my wife died suddenly on 14 august 2016 so what going happened with ME next can I apply for ILR (as I am still legal in this country and also home office admit it my relationship is genuine with my wife)
I been so depress so I have-not told to my lawyer yet my wife died and home office may don't know yet either about my wife
I have not got answer from hearing yet

Have a read through the link below. Not sure how it works if you have DL and not a normal spouse visa though.

How long have you lived in the UK with your spouse?
