family member of settled person, supporting documents

Post by Qwerty123456789 » Fri Oct 14, 2016 10:54 am

Hello guys
My wife and I want to submit second application , due to the fact that appealing the first refusal would realistically take up to a year.
Need a help with some supporting documents.
1) to proof that our relationship is genuine we are going to submit 20 photos (where are we together), translated copy and original of our marriage certificate , print out of my flight tickets , our holidays flight tickets , our WhatsApp communication . On the last one I need a help, do we need to translate it in English or just it's existence is enough?

2) photo copy of decree absolute (from my previous marriage)

1. Not sure if it needs to be translated, I would imagine it would need to be. Wait for others to advise.

2. Do you not have an original? Is your copy notarised or certified?

Really need advise ,please

I'm a sponsor for my wife , on family member of the settled person , curently not in full time employment (got casual "0" hour contract, around £500 a month ) but have my own accommodation and savings around 70k (accumulated in the period of 5 years while I was in full time employment).
Is it better to mentioned about my casual work or just saving will be fine(last 5 years statement I requested from the bank)

I was married befor and check that I have only photocopy of my original marriage sertificate , is it enough proof or do I need to optaine copy and how do I do it?
Thanks alot

Thanks alot
