Hi everyone!
I have a few questions in relation to tier 1 entrepreneur (50K) ILR (5 year route). I would be grateful if you guys could help me out.
I was looking at the set (o) form.
Section 5 - your home and finances
5.3 Are you working in the UK?
Should I be saying "yes" to this as I work in my own company as the director?
If I say "yes", it asks me to mention my monthly income. Most company directors withdraw a minimal amount. So, my monthly wages are kept minimal too. Now this links to 12A "Your Finances" section where they have asked to provide bank statements, pay slips and other evidences as prove your ability to maintain and accommodate yourself in the UK. Now my concern is that I withdraw a minimal salary from my company, which would make it seem like I don't earn enough to maintain and accommodate myself comfortably in the UK. However, what about the dividends that I receive being the shareholder of my company? What about my savings that I've always had?

Section 9B - Table C7
For this section, I have an employee who has been with my company since the initial grant of leave. His job title has changed twice and he went from part time to full time after I got the extension. So when I fill out the "job title" and "Date post created" sections, which job title do I use? And the post was created way before I was even granted an extension, so the date post created would be sometime in 2013. Would that not be irrelevant since they want the details of the job in the extension period which is 2016-2018?

Your help will be highly appreciated.
Many thanks!
