Premium service

Post by Crazyhorse68 » Sat Oct 15, 2016 5:49 pm

Hi Everyone
I have spoken to my solicitor last week regarding appliying for ILR through premium service. He said Home office would refuse your application. Because I'm on discretionary leave to remain .I completed 2x3 years DLR.
I'm not really satisfied with his answer.
Any one with with valuable information please?
Best
Regards

If you meet the requirements after 6 years on DLR, you can apply for ILR visa premium service.

Why does he think your application will be refused, did he give you reasons why he thinks this?
