Tier 2 General Dependent Visa

Hi everyone!

I came to UK just last month.
Brief background:
I'm on a tier 2 general shortage occupation (up to 3 years) visa. I'm working as a hca for a hospital for the meantime while I wait to pass my osce exam to become a fully registered nurse.
I have an A rated sponsor who only indicated that they will be willing to sponsor my maintenance for the first month.
I don't have any savings at my uk bank at the moment.


I have a spouse in a country outside of EU whom I'd like to apply for a dependent visa. He has bank savings in his account which amounts to the said requirement of £630/dependent (amount converted from my husband's local currency)

I'd like to know the following:

1. How soon can one apply to get their spouse on a dependent visa? (is it really required to have 3 months payslips?)
2. For bank maintenance, is it fine to just submit the bank statement of my spouse since he has the amount required already stored there for 90 days?
3. For supporting docs to present, would I need to send my husband my passport with the vignette AND my BRP card since the UKVI requires original docs?

Additional question:

Would I need to present a bank statement of my own with a £945 savings in addition, also stored for 90days? (or not since I have an A rated sponsor COS maintenance)?
