Unfortunately, you should also be aware that unless you can submit evidence of strong ties to your home country, a visitor visa application will fail. With your husband living in the UK, this may be difficult to convince the Entry Clearance Officer that you won't overstay.

Thank you. So best option for me is wait until January and apply for spouse visa?
In my honest opinion, yes it would. Concentrate on preparing well for the spouse visa application and if you're unsure about anything post for help on the forum.

Thank you Casa, you are so kind to me, I'm lucky to get your good advice. My lawyer did not advise me like that, just take money and very ignorant to my case, I hardly get any reply when I have any question. I'm going to see him and ask to withdraw my document now, I don't know is there any chance I can get my 600 deposit back from him.

Regrettably, unless you can prove that he has been negligent I doubt that you will have your deposit refunded.

Is he a Solicitor with Law Society registration or an OISC Registered Legal Advisor?

Crucial in your spouse settlement application to submit:

Evidence of 6 months payslips (which you are already aware) + the corresponding bank statements.

(The most recent shouldn't be any older than 28 days on the date you submit the application).

A letter from your husband's employer on company letterhead confirming the employment is ongoing and/or a copy of his employment contract

Marriage certificate and evidence of a genuine relationship (photos etc) + contact between you while you are apart.

Adequate accommodation available on your return. (Is your husband living in rented property and is this shared with others) :?:

You need A1 level English from an approved test provider (unless you have a degree taught in English) :?:

If you're applying in Vietnam, you will need a TB test certificate

In addition to the £1195 application fee you will have to pay the £600 NHS surcharge.
