Post by asmasarwar » Thu Oct 20, 2016 6:05 am

Hi, i got tier2 visa in december 2011. Now in july 2016 i was Being made redundant. Even though i found a new job but still unable to get tier2 visa with the new company as SoC did not came. And also I haven't recieved any curtailment letter. I wanted to ask that is it possible if i can still apply for my ILR visa by the end of November 2016?

Not really I don't think. One of the documents you have to submit is a letter from your employer that you 'are required in your position for the foreseeable future'.

If you now have a job since you posted at 6:05am this morning, you will first need to apply for a Tier 2 General visa with your new sponsor. You cannot work for your new sponsor on your current visa.
