Dependent visa for Spouse from India

Post by upender921 » Thu Oct 20, 2016 6:50 am

Hi All,

I am applying for the dependent visa and I am so confused with VAF4A (Financial requirement form). Can you please advise.

I recently left my permanent job and started the limited company. When I am above document, I have below doubts.

1) Part 3A: Should I mention ltd company salary in this section. if I don't mention this here, it asking me to go to the next section where I can't mention my previous employment and salary details. Question from the form as below

3.4 Is your sponsor currently employed in the UK? >>>>>>>>>
Put a cross (x) in the relevant box
Yes No No If ‘No’ go to Part 3B

3) Part 3C: This section for self-employed people. Is this section only to mention about company dividends etc.. or else do we have to mention salary form the ltd company here?

As my company started 2 months ago, I didn't take any dividends yet.

thanks in advance for your help.

It really would have been so much simpler if you had stayed in your employed job and got the spouse visa for your dependent first before starting your own company.
