I'm gonna apply on 28/11/16 for eea family permit visa because my partner and I want to travel to the UK for 5 days. I'm planning to submit these documents;
1. Application form printed and signed
2. Photo in correct form
3. Original civil partnership certificate and official translation
4. My passport and colorful copy, his passport and colorful copy
5. My residence card in spain and colorful copy, his national id card and colorful copy
4. A letter. We wrote a brief information about evoluation of our relationship and travel plans.
5. My partners payslips last 6 months
6. Proof of our joint bank account
7. Our bank statement last 6 months
8. Plain tickets and airbnb reservation
Do you think I sould add more documents? We have 2 years of relationship and got the civil partnership on march this year and until 2 months ago we used to live in different countries, but we saw each other everytime less than 1 month even sooner sometimes, so we travelled a lot, can be seen in our passports(stamps). We wrote this in the letter as well. Any suggestions? I don't want to get refused for silly reasons
and should we refer the directive 2004/38/ec in the letter?I'm going to write the decision when I get my passport back.
