Application route/form required

Hi Friends
I was previously on a tier 2 general visa and switched to ilr earlier this year. My wife still has her tier 2 dependent visa which expires in december. Could you please let me know which route/form i need to use to extend her visa as i am now on ilr?

what basis did u apply your ilr?
If it was 5 years on tier 2, then she needs to apply for PBS dependent and keep extending it till she has completed 5 years in this country, AS YOUR DEPENDENT.

@iworker - OP applied for ILR based on T2G 5 years residence according to previous posts.

OP - It is an online form only for Tier 2 G Dependents.
