Premium Appointment for ILR _ how many days in advance ?

Hello,

I know that as per the rules ILR cannot be applied more than 28 days in advance of finishing the qualifying period however is there any other rule which states the same for booking ?

How many days in advance booking can be made for Premium appointment?

Appointment slots are generally released onto the system 42 days in advance, but in some cases less.
