AR and tier 2

HI,

My ILR was refused for 245CD, I have applied for AR and awaiting decision.
Can decision in AR be overturned if everything is submitted according to rules.
I want to apply for tier 2 from my company, which I am working from 4 yrs. They are private company and applied for license.
I am qualified under shortage occupation list , Do my company still needs to undergo RLMT test.
Can i apply for tier 2 in UK if my AR gets refused.
Can i submit tier2 and simultaneously apply for PAP?
How much impact does this refusal effect have my tier 2 visa.

OP, has your Tier 1 G expired or is this the one that expires on Sunday??

You really don't have a lot of time to be honest to switch to Tier 2.

Can i apply tier 2 within 28 days of AR refusal.

When exactly did your visa expire?

If AR is refused, you will be deemed an overstayer from the date your visa expired as far as I am aware.

My visa expired last year 30/10/2015. So, if AR is refused I am not allowed to make any new application?.
