Reading all above comments makes me stressful. I have submitted my online application and applied from Lahore Yesterday. Paid the Priority fees online and will be giving the VAC receipt to Mrs to take it VAC Lahore for biometric. Also, I will including the Priority VAC receipt with supporting documents when i send it HO.
I hope all people waiting for their visa Insha Allah will get soon.

:)

Are we suppose to attach that receipt with the other supporting documens that are sent to Sheffield?
I thought once your application is scanned when you go for your biometrics, the UKVi would automatically know if its priority or not. :/

Umm, my husband got his biometrics done in Islamabad. There he paid the extra priority fees and he was given a receipt and was assured that it's sent through priority service plus he'll get thr decision very sooon.

So no, didnt send it with my supprting documents. Did you send yours?
Yes i paid mine online and got a confirmation through email which i printed and sent with my documents i had it infront of my bundle, i also wrote priority on envelope. I saw a video on youtube and she sent it like this and she got her decision in 8 working days! I hope we all will get good news soon in sha allah

I have emailed them on 2 occasions same response. This week as well still waiting to be assessed. I have also heard that they have emailed someone saying they are going to process a priority application as normal and didn't even say anything about a refund

Just praying that everything goes ok for everyone
From what date does the processing time start? Biometric or application date or supporting documents

Thanks @scotsgirl

I think our timeline is similar. I also didn't submit the receipt because i assumed they would automatically put as priority.

Hey!
Every single one of us is waiting for the decision. I've heard they aren't treating priority apps as priority anyone. They are taking around 8-12 weeks to hit back. It really sucks.

Hi guys

I have been following this thread very closely as I applied at the same time as you guys, using the priority service.

My timeline:

Contact made for collection: 3rd November

VISA GRANTED Alhamdulilah!!!!-

It took just three weeks since the documents were sent to Sheffield!

Yes I did send the receipt with it, but they sent it back with all the documents. Also wrote priority application on the envelope and on the covering letter that we sent.

Erm, I don't think so, they should know that it is a priority application through the reference number.
