Add T2 General to Existing T2 ICT License

Hi all,

I was wondering how difficult/how much time it would take to add the sub-tier of Tier 2 General to an existing Tier 2 ICT sponsorship license. I have an opportunity to switch from a T4 Student to a T2 General so the RLMT shouldn't be an issue but the prospective employer only has the ICT sub tier, would this be a significant hurdle? Thanks in advance for any help.
