EEA2 Docs

Post by atriponel » Wed Nov 02, 2016 12:29 pm

Hi there

Could anyone please advise me on a list of documents for EEA2? (that you've submitted and got your RC?)
Some people say that minimum is enough while some say otherwise.
Could somebody please clear this confusion?

Many thanks in advance

Anastasia

Depends on circumstances case by case.
A minimum for one case may not be adequate for another case.

Follow the guidance, its up to applicant to provide enough.
HO plays hard ball and will reject inadequate applications so its in applicant's own interest to provide good if not unimpeachable documentary evidence.

Thank you for your prompt reply!

Yeah, I think it might be better to submit as much stuff as I can. It definitely won't hurt.
I just hoped the process might be a tad easier after you get a Family permit. Guess not.

Thank you again
