While my appeal is still pending 2 month ago i know this take to much time to get hearing date.
know i wanna make fresh application with priority service. could i do that while my appeal pending?
or i have to withdraw appeal first then apply fresh application?
i was appeal inside uk

I'm British citizen the reason of refusal Financial .
I don't wanna wait for appeal that's take to long.

That's why I diced smith fresh application.
Can I do both ???

You have to withdraw the appeal before you can make a new application. You cannot do both, not sure what was unclear in my first response!
