English Language Test

Post by iworker » Fri Nov 04, 2016 9:30 am

Can anyone suggest on the following case.
The main application changing from tier 1 to ILR on 10 years basis, the Dependent has to change to FLRm.
I understand that she needs A1, however, is it ok if she does B1 and then she can use the same certificate in 5 years time for ILR?

Thanks..

Who can say what requirements might be in 5 years time.

Yes, she can do B1 for FLR(M) as long as it is from an HO approved test provider.

As noajthan says, the requirements for ILR in 5 years time could change.
