Uk Fiance Visa

Me who is a British Citizen and my girlfriend who is Filipino, have been in a long distance relationship for 4 years. We are wanting to start our lives together here in UK via the fiance visa route after she graduates University in April 2017, only we have a few questions that we are unsure of.

1. Can anyone give us a step by step guide as to how to apply or the fiance visa, as we found the UK government website very vague and contradictory.

2.We are aware that she will need to have a TB test and English test before she can apply for the visa. We are wondering if this can all be done within a week as she has to travel to Manilla for the tests, and needs time off from her studies?

3. Do you have to apply online as well as in person at the visa application centre in manila well as in person with a hard copy of the completed application?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
