Help me.. which application to make

Hi Guys
Im failed asylum seeker from somalia,having applied in 2008 and exhausted all appeals,since then i have been reporting every other week. i made further submission in liverpool and was refused.my application was based on my son 4yrs who has leave to remain.my son lives with my ex partner and i do see him regulary.
Im in a relationship with british national being together over 2yrs and we have a baby together.our daughter is 5months old.we live together but i got no documents to show we been together for 2yrs.my girl friend is on maternity leave at the moment.
just wondering how should i go to make application and which one.how much money do they charge.i got no solicitor and im in dilemna at the moment,

please shed me some lights
