Post is about a child who is holding british passport now; and earlier held Indian passport which has been surrendered. Parents hold Indian passport in UK.
For India visit plans, it makes sense to have 5-year 180days max visa as (1) OCI is slow process and (2) no plan to stay for kid for more than 180 days (3) OCI cost is no different than 5-year visa it seems.
However, after reading in.vfsglobal.co.uk website, I am confused about (1) difference between 'multi entry tourist visa with 5 year validity' AND 'long term entry visa 5 years'. (2) which one I should go for OR are they really different or VFS copy-paste in some sense?
I am confused because (1) Fee is exactly same £300ish and (2) documents needed are almost same.
Thus, considering parents hold indian passports in UK, child has indian passport surrender certificate which one we should go for? *Note: I saw X-visa comment on forum but that seems like 'entry visa' in VFS site, not 'long term entry visa'.
