2. The question is why did you go back to Turkey? If you have any medical reports that can help you with the application. It might be a good chance that you will get ILR. Otherwise, it looks like that you need to fight your case.
3. It's going to be useful if you have all the information and that will help with your application and explain all the gaps reasons. How many days is your gap?
