moving contractor permanent

moving contractor permanent

Hi,
i am currently holding Tier 2(General) visa sponsored by ABC company and working for XYZ company as contractor company having direct contract between ABC and XYZ. now XYZ company want me to take a permanent rule and sponsor visa. if any suggestion how this move can happen.

my first question is this move is possible ,if yes what is the process

XYZ company has to complete the full and proper RLMT process to prove you have not been 'pre-selected' for the position.

Once that is done, if they are an approved sponsor, they can issue a CoS and you then apply for a new Tier 2 visa.

Contracting is not permitted on T2G.

In addition to Wanderer's comment, which company pays you and which payroll are you on? Do you get charged a 'commission fee'?

Does ABC company charge you a 'fee' or a percentage of your pay? If not and you are strictly PAYE, then nothing to worry about.
