FLR application changing employment

Hi

I was wondering if i could get some advice. My wife is on the 5 year route and her visa expires on Christmas day.

We currently meet all the financial and english requirements. The question i wanted to ask was i am currently employed with my employer since 1st June 2015 earning £22,500.00 annum

I have since secured a new permanent job with a different employer for £25,000 per annum. I start the new job on the 12th December 2016. I have signed the contract for the new job etc.

My question is do i wait till the 12th december before completing the application form or complete it beforehand with the current employer details?

Also i dont have any pay slips from the new job as my first payslip will be on the 30th December but i don't think it will be an issue.
