Hi guys,
Apologies to post my request on here as I can't find out how to post on a fresh page.
My issue:
I applied for my tier 2 visa extension a week ago. I was told that there is further enquiries to be made as I have an 'impending prosecution'. Actually, I never received any prosecution letter from he court. I was actually stopped for fare evasion and I arranged to pay the outstanding amounts to the Rail company. I was even told the matter wont go to the court. I settled the amount , but I was found on the CPS database as having an impending prosecution. I know I was not convicted nor fined, as I only had to pay the outstanding fares.
I did some research as to what may go wrong in my application and therefore could be refused. I have a doubt that the UKV&I will consider me as a bad character or bad behaviour. I called the Rail company prosecutor and asked about it and she said there is no prosecution and only a date was asked for prosecution and that wont happen now.
My question now is:
Will I be refused the extension visa?
If so, what can I do?
I don't want to lose everything when things have started getting better for me in my career since the past few months.
If anyone had similar cases in the past, please advise or advise for some help.
Thanks to all
